GSAS Graduate Student Council Holiday Happy Hour
H1N1 Flu Vaccines Available for Students
The NYU Student Health Center (SHC) has a number of doses of the
H1N1 flu vaccine for interested students. GSAS students who meet the
following criteria should visit the SHC.
- Students who have underlying medical conditions
- Students who are under age 24
- Students who are pregnant or caregivers of young children

Holiday Food Drive
In partnership with NYU's Holiday Food Drive, the Graduate School of Arts
and Science will conduct a Holiday Food Drive to assist those in need. Food
collected will be donated
to the Grand Street Settlement, Grand Central Neighborhood Social Services Corporation and the Food Bank for New York City. For a list of desired food items, click here.

WHEN: Friday, December 11th – 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Josie Wood’s Pub – 11 Waverly Place (Entrance is next to Pizza Mercato
located at the corner of Waverly Pl. and Mercer St.)
Enjoy FREE
FOOD and two FREE DRINKS from Josie’s happy hour drink specials menu.
Drink tickets are also good for non-alcoholic soft drinks. 2 Drink
ticket limit per person.
GSC Happy Hour is intended for GSAS students. NYU ID is required. No RSVP necessary.
WHAT
TO BRING? The Graduate Student Council asks Happy Hour attendees to
contribute to the GSAS Holiday Food Drive. Simply bring a food item to
the Happy Hour and we’ll forward to those in need this holiday season.
